- Validity – Entry badges are valid for EXCON 2025 at Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), Bengaluru, India.
- Condition of Badge – Torn, damaged, or disfigured badges will not be accepted for entry.
- E-Badge Requirement – Carry the e-badge sent to you via email or WhatsApp and present it for scanning at the entrance. Entry will not be permitted without a valid physical or e-badge.
- Non-Transferable – Badges are strictly personal and cannot be transferred.
- Age Restriction – Individuals below 18 years of age, including infants, are not permitted at the venue or inside the exhibition halls.
- ID Verification – Visitors must carry valid Government-issued photo ID (PAN, Aadhaar, Driving License, Passport, etc.). Foreign nationals must present a valid Passport. IDs may be requested at any time by organizers or security staff.
- Right of Admission – Organizers reserve the right of admission and frisking for security purposes.
- Badge Display – Badges must be worn visibly at all times inside the venue.
- Dress Code – Entry is restricted for attendees wearing shorts, baniyan (vests), or slippers.
- Cleanliness – Spitting inside the venue is strictly prohibited. A fine of INR 1,000/- and other disciplinary action may apply for violations.
- Prohibited Items – Cameras, bottles, cans, and tins are not allowed.
- Photography/Videography – Strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the organizers.
- Food & Beverages – Not permitted inside the exhibition halls.
- Personal Belongings – Organizers will not be responsible for loss or theft of personal items.
- Banned Substances – Use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chewing tobacco, or any banned substances is strictly prohibited.
- Student Entry – Students from relevant industries (aged 18+) will be allowed entry upon showing a valid institute ID card.
- Compliance – Visitors must adhere to all rules printed on the badge and follow COVID-19 guidelines issued by Central/State authorities. For more information, please refer to the website of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare https://mohfw.gov.in
- Force Majeure – The event is subject to force majeure conditions.
